We learn most about leadership through doing (experience). These workshops are built around a series of simulations and will have us ‘learn by doing’. Participants will see what works and what doesn’t.  These highly interactive workshops will be useful both to those experienced in leading, helping you reflect on your practice; and to aspiring leaders, to start you off on a good footing. Dave incorporates research on how the brain works, and offers proven tools for working with people. 

April workshop: skills of providing clarity, influencing others, and building trust

June workshop: skills of equipping, getting the best from people, followership.
